Gluten-Free Spirulina Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/4 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp water. sit for 5 min)
  • 1 cup vegan milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 drops liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • Put oats in a blender or food processor. Blend until a flour consistency.
  • Combine oat flour, salt, baking powder, maca, spirulina and cinnamon into blender.
  • Combine flaxseed egg, milk, vanilla and stevia into the blender and mix.
  • Once batter is all blended, allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a nonstick large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • When hot, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake. Turn over and cook until lightly browned.
