oats
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
spirulina powder
1/4
tsp
maca powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon powder
1
flaxseed egg (1 tbsp
ground flaxseed
+ 2 tbsp water. sit for 5 min)
1
cup
vegan milk
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
4
drops
liquid stevia
Instructions
Put oats in a blender or food processor. Blend until a flour consistency.
Combine oat flour, salt, baking powder, maca, spirulina and cinnamon into blender.
Combine flaxseed egg, milk, vanilla and stevia into the blender and mix.
Once batter is all blended, allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a nonstick large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
When hot, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake. Turn over and cook until lightly browned.
