Ingredients you’ll need to make Blue Majik Amaranth Porridge

1 cup dry amaranth

1 tsp blue majik spirulina

1 3/4 cups vegan milk (1 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup divided)

2 drops off liquid monkfruit or stevia

1 tsp vanilla

dash of cinnamon

Optional toppings: date syrup, cinnamon, hemp seeds & coconut flakes

Method for making Blue Majik Amaranth Porridge

  1. Heat up small pot with dry amaranth, blue majik spirulina and a dash of cinnamon. Whisk together and add 1 1/2 cup of vegan milk and stir.
  2. Bring to a boil then add liquid monkfrui and vanilla for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the remainder of the plant milk and continue to cook until a thick and soft consistency. You may add a splash more vegan milk if you’d like a more liquid porridge.
  4. Option to add toppings such as date syrup, cinnamon, hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
